Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with ByAhoud. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• In its original condition with all ByAhoud tags attached.
• Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains, damage, or any signs of wear.
• Returned in its original packaging where possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size or available style, subject to stock availability.

Returns & Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and any customs or duties are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Sale & Final-Sale Items
Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. For other promotional or sale items, the applicable return conditions displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so our team can assist you.
